Ingredients
- 1 tsp loose or 1 teabag Moroccan Mint tea
- 2 oz club soda
- 4 slices muddled cucumber
- 1.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
Make ahead
- Steep tea in 1 cup water at 80C for 3 minutes
- Remove/strain tea and chill
Directions
- Combine 2 oz brewed and chilled tea with all other ingredients in a shaker over ice
- Shake well and strain into glass over ice
- Garnish with mint sprigs and/or cucumber slices
